My name is Jan Willem Möller. I am a lawyer qualified to practise in the Netherlands and Hong Kong. I advise entrepreneurs, corporates and investors on corporate matters with a specific focus on private mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds and joint ventures. I also advise clients on debt finance and the restructuring of both equity and debt. I am happy to share a more detailed overview of my expertise and experience upon request.
I have lived and worked in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Hong Kong and enjoy bridging between different countries and cultures. Years of private practice in both civil law and common law jurisdictions and an intimate familiarity with Europe, Greater China and the Asia-Pacific Region certainly help in this respect.
I was selected as one of Asian Legal Business’ Top 40 under 40 lawyers of 2021. After 10 years in Hong Kong, I am based in the Netherlands again since 2022. I like to think that I am versatile, practical and effective and that I am able to add value.
